OxygenLabs is an AI education platform. We conduct hands-on workshops and programs teaching practical AI skills to students and professionals worldwide.
These terms apply when you use our website (www.oxygenlabs.in) or participate in any of our programs.
Using Our Website
You're welcome to browse our website freely. When you register for a workshop or program, we ask that you provide accurate information so we can reach you and prepare accordingly.
Please don't misuse the site — that means no automated scraping, no submitting false information, and no attempting to disrupt the service for others.
Workshops & Programs
Our free workshops are exactly that — free. No hidden charges, no surprise fees.
For paid programs (the AI Starter and Pro programs), pricing and specific terms will be clearly communicated before you enroll. Certificates are issued based on completion criteria outlined for each program.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, presentations, and content created by OxygenLabs belong to OxygenLabs. Please don't redistribute or resell them.
Projects and work you create during our workshops and programs belong to you. We may showcase student projects (with permission) for inspiration, but the work is yours.
Code of Conduct
We're building a respectful, inclusive learning community. We expect all participants to treat fellow students, mentors, and staff with respect.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code from our programs.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make our workshops valuable and our website reliable, but we can't guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time.
OxygenLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our programs. Our workshops are educational in nature and don't constitute professional advice.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our website or programs after changes means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you directly.
