These terms apply when you use our website (www.oxygenlabs.in), buy or take the course, or participate in any of our programs.
Using our website
You’re welcome to browse our website freely. When you sign in, buy the course or fill in a form, we ask that you provide accurate information so we can reach you and prepare accordingly.
Please don’t misuse the site — that means no automated scraping, no submitting false information, and no attempting to disrupt the service for others.
The AI Builder course
- The welcome lesson and Chapter 1 are free for everyone. The rest of the course unlocks with a single payment, linked to the Google account you buy with.
- The course is for your personal use. Please don’t share your account or pass the lessons on; one account is for one learner.
- You get access to the current version of the course for as long as it is offered, including updates to the lessons you bought.
- Certificates are issued when you finish the course and submit your capstone.
Payments, refunds and delivery
Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay; no GST is added. Payments are processed by Razorpay, so we never see or store your card details.
Purchases follow our refund policy (a full refund within 7 days if you’ve completed less than 2 chapters) and our delivery policy (instant online access after payment).
Lab workshops and institution programs
Lab workshops are by invitation, and their price and terms are shared before you join. Programs for schools, colleges and other institutions are agreed separately; their pricing and terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for that program.
Intellectual property
Course materials, lessons, presentations and content created by OxygenLabs belong to OxygenLabs. Please don’t redistribute or resell them.
Projects and work you create in the course and our programs belong to you. We may showcase student projects (with permission) for inspiration, but the work is yours.
Code of conduct
We’re building a respectful, inclusive learning community. We expect all participants to treat fellow students, mentors and staff with respect.
Any form of harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who break this code from our sessions and programs.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to make the course valuable and our website reliable, but we can’t guarantee everything will be perfect 100% of the time.
OxygenLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the course or our programs. Our teaching is educational in nature and doesn’t constitute professional advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our website, the course or our programs after changes means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes, we’ll do our best to notify you directly.
