This policy covers oxygenlabs.in, the AI Builder course and our programs, run by [Legal business name] (“OxygenLabs”, “we”).
What we collect
- Your Google account basics when you sign in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google’s account ID. We never see or store your Google password.
- Your course progress, such as lessons completed, quiz answers and XP, so it follows you across devices.
- What you type into our forms: school and college enquiries, the lab workshop waitlist, and any registration form. Typically your name, phone number, email, city and institution.
- A record of your purchase: the order, the amount, the date and Razorpay’s payment ID.
This is information you give us or that the course needs to work — we don’t collect anything behind the scenes.
How we use it
We use your information to run the course and our programs: to unlock what you’ve bought, save your progress, book your founders’ session, and reply to your enquiries by WhatsApp, phone or email about sessions, schedules and materials.
We also look at aggregate data (like which colleges our students come from) to improve our programs and reach more students.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You enter your card, UPI or bank details on Razorpay’s checkout, not on our site, so we never see or store your card details. Razorpay handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to confirm your purchase: the order, the amount and the payment status.
Purchases follow our refund policy and delivery policy.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data to anyone. We don’t share your information with third parties for marketing. We don’t send spam.
Your data stays with OxygenLabs and the services that run the site for us (hosting, sign-in and payments), and is only used for the purposes described above.
Cookies and analytics
We use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and to remember which course you have access to. We use basic website analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited most and where visitors come from.
This helps us improve the website experience. We don’t use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Your rights
You can request that we delete your data at any time. Just email us and we’ll take care of it. We keep the record of a purchase where the law requires us to.
You can also unsubscribe from our communications whenever you want — no questions asked.
Contact
If you have any questions about your privacy or want to request data deletion, reach out to us at oxygenlabs.india@gmail.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
