This policy covers purchases of the AI Builder course on oxygenlabs.in from [Legal business name] (“OxygenLabs”, “we”). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
What you receive
- Online access to all lessons of the AI Builder course (25 lessons and 3 reference guides, including the free Chapter 1), on oxygenlabs.in.
- Lifetime access to the version of the course you bought, including updates we make to those lessons.
- A link to book one place in a group session with the founders, held online on Google Meet.
- A certificate after you complete the course and submit your capstone.
This is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

Your receipt is a payment receipt, not a tax invoice. No GST is charged.
The founders’ session
Sessions run weekly online, with up to 8 learners each. You pick a slot from the booking link. If a slot is full, choose the next one. If we have to move a session, we email you at least 24 hours before and offer another slot.
If access doesn’t appear
- Check you’re signed in with the same Google account you paid with.
- Refresh the page, or sign out and back in.
- Still locked? Email oxygenlabs.india@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We sort it out within [24 hours], and if we can’t, we refund you in full.
If money left your account but the payment failed, Razorpay usually reverses it automatically within [5–7 working days]. Write to us and we will help you trace it.
Availability
The course runs on the web and works on phones and computers. We aim to keep it available at all times, but short interruptions for maintenance or outside services can happen. Lost access through an interruption does not affect your purchase or progress.
