This policy covers the AI Builder course sold on oxygenlabs.in by [Legal business name] (“OxygenLabs”, “we”). The course is a digital product that you buy once, for a single payment, through Razorpay.
Who can get a refund
You can get a full refund if both of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of the date you paid.
- You have completed less than 2 chapters of the course. Chapter 1 is free, so this means you haven’t finished Chapter 2.
You don’t need to give a reason. We may ask what didn’t work for you, but your answer won’t affect the refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Email oxygenlabs.india@gmail.com from the Google account you bought with.
- Include your order ID (it’s in your receipt email, and looks like [OL-000000]) or your Razorpay payment ID.
- We reply within 2 working days to confirm the refund.
When the refund is confirmed, access to the paid lessons is removed from your account. Chapter 1 stays open, as it is for everyone.
When the money reaches you
We start the refund through Razorpay within 2 working days of confirming it. It goes back to the same method you paid with. Banks and UPI apps usually take [5–7 working days] to show it. Razorpay’s timelines apply, and we will share the refund reference if you need to follow up with your bank.

When we can’t refund
- More than 7 days have passed since you paid.
- You have completed 2 or more chapters.
- You have already had a refund for this course on the same account before.
- The purchase breaks our terms, for example by sharing one account between several people.
If something went wrong on our side, like a double charge or a failed unlock, we will always fix it or refund it, whatever the dates. See the delivery policy.
Founding seats and older accounts
- Founding seats (₹249): the same rules apply. You get back what you paid, ₹249. If you buy again later, the founding price may no longer be available.
- Accounts from before the paid course launched: these keep full access at no cost, so no refund applies.
Schools, colleges and lab workshops
Programs for schools, colleges and other institutions, and lab workshops, are agreed separately. Their cancellation and refund terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for that program.
